Start with the SKU plan
Each flavor and each strength or caffeine dose is one SKU, and an order needs at least five SKUs at 3,000 cans each. Decide your range first, because artwork is built around it.
Pouch format
Nicotine pouches come in slim, mini and regular sizes, with flat, embossed or ultrasonic seals and optional Crush Ball flavor capsules. Energy pouches use the same pouch family. See the products page.
Can and label design
You supply artwork and we print to your files. A clear color system per flavor helps shoppers find their flavor quickly, and a strength or dose callout on the lid helps too.
Compliance wording
Warning text, ingredient lists and claims differ by market. Tell us your destination so the label wording can be set correctly, and confirm local requirements before you print.
Timing
Send final artwork early. Production of 15 to 30 days starts after samples and artwork are approved, so late artwork is the most common cause of delay.
