Strength
NicoEra produces nicotine pouches from 3mg to 50mg and above, and can develop custom strengths up to 80mg for markets that allow them. There is no universal definition of "light," "regular" or "strong." Each market and brand sets its own ladder.

- Offer a small number of clearly separated strengths. Two or three is easier to explain and stock than six.
- Remember that every flavor and strength combination is its own SKU.
Flavor
Common starting points are mint, wintergreen, citrus and mixed berry. These sell well in many markets and are easy to explain on a shelf. A distinctive profile can set your brand apart, but custom flavors usually need more sample rounds.
When you compare samples, taste them over time. Flavor that is strong on opening can fade, and a pouch can feel different after a few weeks in the can.
Crush Ball options
