Minimum order quantity (MOQ)

Minimums exist because each flavor and strength is a separate production setup: ingredients are blended, the line is cleaned and adjusted, and the batch is tested and released on its own.
What counts as a SKU
A SKU is one unique product. A different flavor is a new SKU. The same flavor in a different strength is also a new SKU. Plan your range with that in mind: five flavors at one strength is five SKUs, and five flavors at two strengths is ten.
Lead time
Production takes 15 to 30 days, quoted EXW, counted after samples and artwork are approved. Samples and artwork approval come before that and depend on how quickly you review and reply. Custom flavors that need extra rounds will take longer than a base formulation.
What decides cost
We do not quote prices in articles, because the final number depends on your spec. These are the main factors:
- Nicotine strength and format: higher strengths and different pouch sizes change material and process.
- Flavor complexity: custom profiles and Crush Ball options cost more than a standard flavor.
- Process: dry, semi-dry and wet production run differently.
- Packaging: can type, label finish and carton choices.
- Order volume: larger runs usually lower the cost per can.
- Freight and duties: not included in EXW. You or your forwarder arrange transport.

- Start with the minimum range of five SKUs and add flavors once you see what sells.
- Use standard can formats before moving to custom packaging.
- Share your expected annual volume. It helps the factory plan capacity and can improve terms.
- Send final artwork early so printing does not delay production.
